Welcome to Medexto ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at medexto.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Employers may submit job listings through our post-a-job form or via other accepted channels. Submitting a listing constitutes a request for editorial review. We do not guarantee that any submitted listing will be published. All listings are subject to our editorial approval process.
As of the effective date, standard job listings are priced at $99 per listing. Payment is due before a listing is published. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice. Any price changes will not affect listings for which payment has already been received.
Standard listings remain published for 30 days from the date of publication, unless removed earlier in accordance with these Terms. We may offer extended or featured listing durations at our discretion.
We review all submitted listings for relevance, accuracy, and compliance with these Terms. We may approve, reject, or request modifications to any listing at our sole discretion. We may also remove a published listing if it is later found to violate these Terms.
If a listing is rejected during editorial review and payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund. Once a listing is published, refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law. Employers may request removal of a published listing at any time, but no refund will be issued for the remaining listing period.
Employers warrant that all submitted job information — including title, description, location, employment type, compensation (if included), and application URL — is accurate, current, and not misleading. Employers shall promptly notify us of any changes or if a position has been filled.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this section.
Job listings on Medexto include links to external applicant-tracking systems (ATS) or company career pages where candidates may apply. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. We do not guarantee that application links will remain functional. Employers are responsible for maintaining accurate application URLs.
We make no representation or warranty regarding the number, quality, or suitability of applicants who may view or respond to a job listing. We do not guarantee that any listing will result in qualified applicants or hires. Our Service is a discovery and distribution platform, not a recruitment or placement service.
By submitting a job listing, you grant Medexto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote the submitted content on our Service and through our marketing channels (including email newsletters and social media). This license terminates when the listing is removed from our Service.
All content on the Service that is not user-submitted — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is our exclusive property or the property of our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We may remove or deactivate any job listing that has expired, that has been flagged as potentially inaccurate, or that we believe violates these Terms. For ATS-sourced listings, we may automatically deactivate positions that are no longer present in the employer's public feed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Medexto and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunity — arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
